I am not able to go to a gym and I don't have any weights/dumbells. Also, what do I do about food? What kind of stuff should I eat? What is the whole thing about proportions? My friend and I are not drinking soda(I don't drink much anyway) or eating ice cream for 4 weeks. we've been successful for 1 week today...but we don't eat properly. It's just so hard/complicated. What can I do?
Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 05/07/07 - IP#: 71.112.62.xxx I eat ice cream all the time...just like 1/2 a cup light ice cream or skinny cow ice cream sandwhiches....healthy choice fudge bars....they even make 100 calorie cups of ice cream now....you can eat ice cream and still lose weight if you work it into your calories! =)
