Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - i decided today to count calories in everyting i eat to make sure i dont go ova .. im aim for 1200-1500 a day . i have no clue how many i eat normally probly around that but now i just want to make sure ... does counting calories benifit weight loss much more thaan just making healthy choices?

Well they're both beneficial too your weight loss but i would say keep doing what your doing because you dont want to be counting calories all your life once you do lose all the weight that you want to lose :)
