Ht. 5'3", Start: 255 lb, Today: 255 lb, Goal: 150 lb - hey everyone! okay well im gunna start a diet.. my sister keeps telling my mom im gunna die in 10 years if i dont start on a diet.. so im gunna start. well anyways i dont know whether to eat low-fat or count calories.. can someone please help me with this?? thanksS! ♥ jillian

make sure what you eat is low fat but most of the time the box usually says low fat but it has lots of calories and carbs so check that. You have to get into the habit of reading the Nutritional Facts label on the back. I had to and now everytime I shop it's first thing I check. Good Luck and I hope you reach your goal!!!

b care ful of products that say low-fat and 99% fat free cause they might have heaps of sugar in them so make sure u check the nutrition panel on the foods
