Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 125 lb - today - 1205 calories , 50 mins cardio .. pretty good hope i can keep this up :P ......................................... QUESTION: how many grams of fat r u suposed to have a day when trying to lose weight?

my mom always said it was supposed to be 20 grams of fat a day and whenever i start a diet, thats what i try to do.

I've been wondering about how much fat I should get in a a day as well. I try to get 50 or less. I usually get around 20-30.

Good job!!! I have no idea about the fat thing but I'm sure you could find it online somewhere....you should try eating a lot of things that are 2g of fat or less per serving but you need some fat so it's okay to have things with like 10g of fat like south beach diet pizzas...mmmm.
