Ht. 5'7", Start: 248 lb, Today: 247 lb, Goal: 150 lb - UHHHHH I gained 1 pound it was probably from eating birthday cake on saturday and the birthday breakfast well today i kick boxed for 30 minutes and played basket ball for 15 minutes and walked for 10 minutes. I ate a 840 calories please tell me how i did (i know i didnt eat that much but i wasnt hungary)

no you didn't gain weight, it fluctuates. to gain weight you have to overeat a LOT along with like no excercise.

don't sweat it. the scale wouldn't budge for me this week, then yesterday i wasnt very hungry so i only ate about 800 calories, and i walked for 30 mins last night and this morning, then got on the scale and it went down about 4 pounds! keep at it i know you can do it if i can :)
