It's good to grab something little like a handful of almonds or maybe some grapes or herbel tea or of course you can just drink lots of water which can fill you up.

Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 05/07/07 - IP#: 71.112.62.xxx besides the obvious (veggies!) snack on sugar-free jello!!! a whole small box of it is only 40 calories (it makes 4 10-calorie servings)...so you can eat a lot for a little ammount of calories! Hope I helped.
