Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 128 lb, Goal: 117 lb - I'd love to get some feedback so I'm posting what I ate and the excercise I did.....Breakfast: Go Lean Cruntch cereal w/1% milk & strawberries & crystal light orange drink; Lunch: white roll w/turkey, low-fat swiss cheese & mustard & sugar-snap peas & a banana; Snack: south beach diet peanut butter cookie pack & crystal light raspberry drink; Dinner: Lean Cuisine meal- chicken alfredo w/broccoli & 1% milk; Dessert: 60-calorie dark chocolate stick; TOTAL CALORIES: About 1,350. Excercise: 5 minutes jump-roping, 20 minutes cross-trainer, 10 minutes stationary bike, 30 minute walk, cruntches, leg-lifts, & bicep/shoulder/tricep moves w/ 5 lb weights.........What do you think??? Please rate it 1-10....Thanks....=)

and thanks for the advice with the jello! i completely forgot about it, i dieted in january (before giving up until now obviously haha) and i used to eat it for dessert or as a snack but it completely slipped my mind! so thanks a lot i'll definately be buying some more of that diet-wonder tomorrow haha :)

wow you did awesome. id give you a 9. the only thing i'd change is instead of a white roll (or white bread) try whole wheat. its soooo much better for you because anything refined (white flour, white rice, white sugar) is horrible for you. i know a man who ate nothing but white pasta and breads because he had teeth removed (the pasta is soft enough for him to eat) and he eventually developed diabetes. don't worry though, you can still eat white bread , just not too much of it and you obviously didn't overdo it. but good job on your day! :)
