Reply from neal, Age 16 - 05/08/07 - IP#: 209.12.51.xxx So this is my frist real day of being on the sixweek bodymake over I really dont like it to much but i feel i am doing good 4 breafast 2 eggwhites and a half of grapefruit morning snack 1 oz of tuna dry and half a grapefruit lunch half poatao 2 oz of boneless skinless chicken and a strawbeery afternoon snack fruit salad dinner 2oz chicken i meduim yam and 2 strawbeerys ?
Reply from Lyndsay, Age 15 - 05/08/07 - IP#: 71.121.192.xxx basically salt just somehow makes you retain water and so don't weigh yourself after eating a bunch of salty foods because you will weigh more....people always say bad things about salty food but it's not even bad while you are young and don't have high blood pressure! Actually my doctor recommended me eat more salty stuff.
