Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 181 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. Breakfast cereal no milk and water. For lunch a ham sandwhich with maynosse, some chips, watermelon with salt, organes and water and 90 cal bar. For supper a small hamburger with ketchup and 2 pickles. For exercse 20 min soccer, 15 min soccer, 5 min extra stuff and hopefully 20 min walking that's less than 5mph. So how did I do. oh and I gained 2 pounds that stinks. Please help

You need to eat more at breakfast and less at lunch. Breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day. Lay off the mayonaise (or do like me, and buy light mayonaise). Mayonaise is really fattening, and light mayonnaise definitely helps. I use it for tuna sandwiches typically. Chips are okay, but it sounds like you're getting too much salt. Especially the watermelon. Try it without salt. Salt makes you retain water, and gives people high blood pressure. Try to use the salt shaker minimally. I liked the oranges and pickles. Watermelon was decent, but without salt would be better. Your exercise is amazing though!

look at it this way 2 pounds isnt that much compared to 180 and i think you did great
