Ht. 5'5", Start: 208 lb, Today: 190 lb, Goal: 125 lb - Still having trouble w/carbs :( almost everday for lunch i have pizza or a bagel (i think i have an addiction or something) but im excersising a lot more so thats good right? and is true the more u sweat the more calories u burn or more muscle u build???

Try to substitute the pizza/bagel with a healthy sandwitch (with whole wheat bread) or a granola bar or salad. It's good that your exercising but you have to have a good eating plan also. Good Luck!!!
