Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Breakfast- kashi honey almond flax cereal (so good!), 1 c soy milk with sliced banana & 1/2 c strawberries.
Snack- almonds.
Lunch- 1/2 turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread & an apple.
Snack- 2 egg whites or some veggies.
Dinner- so far its fettachiene alfredo wtih fish, & side salad but if my mom doesn't get low-fat alfredo sauce I might skip it & have a salad or just take a small amount.
