Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 163 lb, Goal: 130 lb - I gained 4 lbs! it's because of the slacking off that I've been doing for like 6 months. Ok, so if I go back to my old routine of walking+jogging 4 miles every day (except Sunday) and 50 crunches/situps and 20 pushups and dancing and eating right of course...will I be able to lose the weight I've gained and more from now until June 30? I'm so disappointed in falling off the diet in the first place...it''s like one day I just cracked and gave up for a while but now I'm starting over going back to my old routine. I hope it works just as it did before!

You should be able to lose 14 pounds by June 30. Im gonna try doing what you did. Thanks for the tip.Oh and I hope this helps you
