From Emily, Age 15 - 05/14/07 - IP#: 68.151.224.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 240 lb, Goal: 180 lb - Well i am starting a new eating plan which is very high in protein but doesn't cut out carbs entirely, i still eat lots of veggies and whole grains as well as plenty of lean meats. On a typical day i will eat arounf 125 grams of carbs, 135 grams of protein, 30 grams of fat and around 1400 calories. Does this seem healthy? And do you think the results will be there. Oh ya, i am also working out everyday.
Reply from Enily, Age 15 - 05/17/07 - IP#: 68.151.224.xxx Ug it is pretty hard but a typical day goes like this-wake up eat snack of low carb fruit (watermelon or strawberries typically) go for a walk, eat breakfast 1 slice whole what bread, 3/4 cups of egg whites, 3 oz canadian bacon, mid morning snack of protein shake (powder mixed with milk), lunch- mixed greens salad with 4 oz shrimp or chicken, afternoon snack of 1 oz cheese, 4oz fat free ham, dinner is basically a controlled portion of any meat (all 4oz except chicken which is 6oz) vegtables and side salad with fat free dressing, then a small fruit for dessert (i have been eating sugar free jello because its virtually free of everything).
