Ht. 5'7", Start: 206 lb, Today: 166 lb, Goal: 125 lb - .................. today CALORIES: 1221, EXERCISE: 20min moderate walk(home from school) and 30 mins cardio (stepper) ............... my gym membership ran out so i cant go till i renew it on the weekend .. its so weird not being able 2 go.. i have a stepper machine and cardio dvds though so its not so bad ♥ ♥ ♥ ♥ hope everyone is doing great

I totally know what u mean about the gym membership thing! Mine ran out like 3 weeks ago and i don't wanna get it renewed because i'm going off to college in a few monthes and it would be utterly pointless but i feel so weird not going cuz i went everyday and now i feel so lazy...lol well good luck and get back on it!
