From Maria, Age 13 - 05/15/07 - IP#: 75.6.222.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'7", Start: 248 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 190 lb - I am back up to my goal wieght i hate that i have been there for 2 days and i wiegh myself in the morning ok today i 1040 calories i ate nothing for breakfast but i had a sunny D for lunch i had sugar free tea calorie less for dinner i had a glass of water and a small peice of cheese pizza for a snack i had a hershey bar and a docter peper how did i do and yes i counted the calories right oh yeah for exercise i walked 45 minutes and played baseball for 20 minutes how did i do please respond?!?

First off, 1040 calories is not enough. If you were to lay in bed all day you would need at least 1200 calories to function. So eat more. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. You NEED to eat breakfast. It also needs to be the most calorie filled meal aswell. A sunny D for lunch? First off, sunny D is not that great for you. Maybe orange juice would be better? It has quite a bit of sugar. Although the vitamin C is good for you. But this being a meal is not good for you. You're not getting enough nutrients. Sugar free tea is okay, but as I said before, this is not a meal. You had more calories in your snack then you did for the rest of the day. I'm hoping that you're eating is not like this for everyday. Add some fruits and veggies in there, whole grains, etc. Pizza is okay, but not too often.
