Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what I had today. PLease give me some tips. For breakfast mcdonalds bagel and a half of a hash brown and chococlate milk. For lunch some chex mix, water, ham sandwhich with wat bread and maynonsee, 150 cal bar. For supper taco ball with some sour cream, water, and some drinks of my mom's pop. For snack some more chex mix/ For exercse 40 mins of soccer, and 47 mins of regualar exercse. How did I do please reply.

Eating fast food twice in one day?! That's a definite no no. Especially since your choices at the fast food place weren't so great. You need more nutrition for breakfast. For lunch try the sandwich without mayonaise or use light mayonaise. Your exercise was great though.

mcdonalds bagel and half a hash brown and choc milk doesn't sound like a nutritious breakfast. You had two fast foods in one day. Maybe you should hold the fastfood? it's better to make your own food and be creative with it. You had chex mix twice. Try to add more variety to what you eat. There were no fruits or vegatables in your meals either. Exercise was fine. I could never do any sport lol so soccer is great :) but all you have to do is work on your meals. Good Luck!
