Ht. 5'8", Start: 260 lb, Today: 260 lb, Goal: 140 lb - ok umm can some1 give me a thing like exersice plan or something? it would really be helpful. i posted here a long time ago and got a grea one but i lost it =/
by exercise plan i mean like how many sit ups push up n all that a day should i do?

Sit ups and push ups will just build muscle. You need to get your body moving. You can do sit ups and push ups on the side to strengthen your arms/abs, but do something that gets your heart beating faster. (swimming, walking, running, jump roping, any sport really)
