The egg whites sounded fine but maybe with a piece of whole grain toast? the candy just ruined it. lol so you like kissables I see? if you like chocolate..you should try dark chocolate and not so much of it either, it's better to eat in moderation when you do eat anything. You need more variety more fruit, meat and veggies! Good Luck:)
