Ht. 5'7", Start: 231 lb, Today: 231 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Hey I am realy tired of my weight and I have a family reunion this summer and I would realy like to lose about 20-30 pounds!
Would anyone know how I would be able to that fast and it be easy bacause, my weight is messing with my life PLEASE HELP PLEASE!!! Thanks!

Well u've definetly come to the right place and if u put ur mind to it u can do it, but yea start by writing down what u eat everyday so u can see exactly what ur putting in ur body and like Julia said u gotta start off slow cut out things like pop, fast food, and high sugary (sp? lol) snacks and starts adding some exercise even if its just taking a walk around the block! Start cutting out the very small things. Like that butter that you put on your bread. The extra snacking. Also, do some cardio work out, like running, sports, etc.
