Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 192 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Hey so heres what i had today. tell me what you think :) breakfast- 2 tbs peanut butter on whole wheat english muffin & strawberries snack- soy yogurt (i'm lactose intolerant) lunch- 1/2 turkey sandwich & apple. snack- few carrots. dinner- caeser salad from wendy's. i also had about 3/4 of a vitamin water. (yum!)

That was amazingly awesome!! I actually think you could eat more and still steadily lose weight. Great job. =)

Thats super good, is soy yogurt good? I didn't even know they made that! Since ur lactose intolerant do u take a multivitamin to make sure u get enough calcium? U might wanna try that i take it everyday just to make sure i'm getting everything i need. Good luck!
