Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 180 lb, Goal: 125 lb - I'm down to 180. That's my third goal that's 23 pounds. Gone. This is what I had today. Breakfast dry cereal, water. For lunch ham sandwhich no maynossee, 100 cal pak and fig newtons, water. For supper 5 small pieces of Monical's pizza which are small like maybe 5in long, 2 small pepsi's it was a Quiz Bowl party. For exercse 16 min treadmill,4 min running on treadmill, 5 min other exercse, 20 min soccer, 5 min basketball. How did I do PLease reply

Congrats on the 23 lbs lost! that's really great :) you did great but make sure that the pepsi is diet because soda is loaded with sugar. You asked me how I got from 210 to 163 earlier and I ate small amounts (rather than large) more times during the day. I eat every three hours which boosts up the metabolism and I don't eat after 7:30 pm. I don't eat white foods...white bread and white rice and all that. I switched to whole wheat everything and 2% milk and of course on top of that I exerised a lot. Most of my exercise was from dancing in my room with the door lock and music up very high for about an hour or two on full CD of like 20 songs. I'm on a plateau now so it's even harder but I'm still trying even if I feel like giving up sometimes. It's pretty frustrating but it's really awesome when you see the numbers go down and feel proud of yourself. You did pretty good! The pizza was a good treat, especially since you did so well throughout the day, the pepsis could have been soemthing with a little less sugar but you exercised well so it\ll be ok
