Ht. 5'6", Start: 166 lb, Today: 158 lb, Goal: 140 lb - Yea!! so i danced around my room for 1/2 hr...preparing for prom...Dancing is an amazing and quick way to burn calories. For toning get a ballet or yoga video. For a cardio workout get a hiphop or ballroom dancing video. and for abs omg bellydancing is amazing!! Hope this helped. I dance on Mon, Wed, Fri for 1/2 hour. Then Sun-Fri I walk on the treadmill for 1/2 hr.
