Ht. 5'7", Start: 375 lb, Today: 375 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys.. this morning I woke up at 8 oclock am and I had a cheerios cereal bar which was 160 calories, its 3:15 now and I just had a roasted chicken subway sub, on wheat with fat free ranch instead of mayo. How is that so far? I havent done my exercises yet because I havent been home but when I go home Im riding the exercise bike for one hour and am kicking around the soccer ball for an hour. Maybe more if I have energy!

You're doing fine on the food part, but I think you should cut down just a tad on the exercising. You might over-do it and get really tired. Try cutting down kicking the soccer ball around to 30 minutes. Then if you do feel like you have energy left, you can go out a few hours later and kick the ball around for another 30 minutes. You get the idea? If you want to do an exercise for an hour, do 30 minutes one time then later do the other 30 minutes. But you're doing an excellent job otherwise! Keep it up!
