It has been really hard to go on this diet, and no one has forced me to, but now I just think of all the wonderful things that I will be able to do when I have lost all that weight. I started out at 185 pounds. It will all be worth it, and over the last 3 months I have lost 15 pounds. I have lost it healthily, so i havent gained any of it back at all yet when occasionally I have indulged. But now, I am having trouble resisting temtations to junk food, etc. Anyone have any drastically good tips to help me? I've started with this diet and I don't want to quit. Someone help me please?

Dieting doesn't mean giving up the things you love...we're teenagers and these are our sugar eating years! you have to eat everything in moderation and same goes for junk food but very little. Like if you want a bag of chips, take a small bowl and put a couple in there and if you want chocolate go for dark chocolate...if you want soda, get some diet soda. You've lost 15 so far and that's a amazing so amaze yourself by losing 15 more and more after that :) Good Luck!
