I plan on having fruit for breakfast. What are some good ones with few calories? Lunch and dinner is where I don't know what to eat. Any opinions are welcome. I'm trying to not eat carbs. I know that sounds fad-ish, but I heard it works and isn't too bad on your body. I plan on eating 1200-1500 cals a day. Anywhere between there is my goal. Please reply and thanks in advanced.

I don't play basketball competively, like in school, but I do like to play. That's one of the things I plan on doing a lot of this summer to help me lose weight.

That's great! :) try eating something that'll get you full...a nice hearty nutritious breakfast. Well, I eat Honey Nut Cheerios with 2% milk and that fills me up. Eat a variety of different foods through out the day. You should eat carbs, they're important! eat whole wheat bread because white foods are just refined and brown rice is good too. I eat whole wheat stuff and it's really good for you and tastes the same as the white stuff in my opinion. Don't eat three hours before going to bed. I eat small meals every three hours, you should too because it speeds up to your metabolism which results in weight loss. It may sound insane but eating more will help you lose weight...it depends on your portions. Eat small portions often and you will lose weight and of course you have to exercise but you already know that. Good Luck!!
