Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - So today I feel like posting what I ate and stuff. Breakfast: nutri-grain waffle w/peanut butter & a banana; Lunch: chicken salad w/fat-free dressing & a chewy bar; Snack: dried fruit pack; Dinner: Lean Cuisine- margherita pizza & mandarin oranges & 1% milk; Dessert: fat-free strawberry yoghurt; Excercise: 40 minutes TaeBo, 10 minutes Ab workout, some arm excercises w/ 5 lb. weights & squats & lunges & calf lifts & a 10 minute walk. Well...how'd I do?

it's high in calories that's what I meant. If you read the post on here. I argg never mind

Good job! "Except the peanut butter" what!? Peanut butter is an excellent source of protein and healthy fats. It counts as nuts, so eat up! Peanut butter is prefectly fine.
