35 lbs 3 months, and i have kept it off for over a year now, when i first started it was a struggle, but managed to do it by counting calories, wrte down everythng you eat, and eventually you won't have to. you can use sparkpeople(thats what i use, but make sure you put that you are at least 18) where you can track your food online and get recipes and much more, and it is free. i didn't do this, but you could try writing down what you eat and and drink on a normal day before you start, so you can see where you can make some changes, maybe small ones at a time. if you want to you can e-mail me @ a.lapotaire@yahoo.com and i will help you with anything you need, and we can share what what we have done for the day, because i am trying to lose @ least 10 more lbs and tone up =D

Hullo there Nikki,
In a year I have lost 87 pounds. Walking did the trick for me. I walk about 4 miles every day. It’s easy, it doesn’t hurt, and you don’t have to rush. God, I love it. Plus, if you have a stationary bike you could ride that for about 5 minutes in the morning- 5 minutes after school.. 5 mintues before bed. But start off slow, remember this.
Don’t forget to stretch. I don’t recommend doing any exercises without stretching before hand and afterwards. It helps for muscles to get used to this new excursion being thrown their way. Intake at least (AT LEAST) 1200 calories a day. Eat breakfast, a snack, lunch, a snack, supper, and once again a snack before bed. Make it routine and this really won’t be a struggle for you.
I wish you the best. Good luck.
