Ht. 5'0", Start: 301 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok, i've tried loosing weight before, and kept just giving up. i heard that if you find really healthy low calorie foods and tell youself that you can eat it as much as you want instead of cutting out foods, that you'll be more sucessful. so, does anybody have and really healthy foods besides veggies???

I have this one thing you take anykind of fruit and put them into the freezer or take low fat cheese,turkey and watermelon on a straw. For more watermelon recipes go to foodgeeks.com or seventeen.com then click on health for more good recipes. I hope this helps
