First, do you get different results from situps and crunches? I plan on starting tomorrow to do 100 of each, but if there's not a difference then I won't do both. Like what muscles they work, etc. Also, when on a treadmill. Does it matter if you hold onto the rail things? Thanks in advance.
Reply from Mir, Age 14 - 06/26/07 - IP#: 71.214.147.xxx well this could have been said at a different time. haha. I'm not sure about the crunches, but its better if you don't hold onto the railings. Your arms are moving more, which tones them and you lose the extra flab below.
