Ht. 5'2", Start: 158 lb, Today: 157 lb, Goal: 130 lb - so i was just wondering if what i ate today sounds good to yall.
cereal with skim milk, 80 cal yogurt, grapes, a slice of turkey, then i just had dinner...little bit of roast beef, carrots, salad, a few chunks of potatoes-in a crock pot, no butter or anything like that, and a slice of bread w/ a little low fat butter or it coulda been margarine and i drank water throughout the day. o and i ate a small brownie which i know wasnt good...and i had a little reduced fat pb...
i didnt really have any real lunch but thats only b/c i woke up late so my breakfast was more lunch time
but u think i did ok?

That sounds like a good amount of food. Persanally I say YUCK to the Skim milk. lol but other than that it's good. With the reduced Fat Peanut Butter. I've tried the skippy kind of that before and it's really runny like not PB at all and it's only 10 calories less than the read stuff. Just thought wouldn't point that out if you didn't notice. Other than that good job. Now I want potroast though....and a salad...and yogurt...and grapes...all some of my favorite foods but not currently at my house. Also about the brownie. Even when your really trying to lose weight it's good to give yourself a 100-200 calorie treat sometimes so you don't go overboard and eat the 10,000-20,000 calories batch of brownies :) Ok so maybe not that many but still not good if you eat them all. Keep up the good work.

better than I did. you did really good. The brownie wasn't good but at least it wasn't a huge piece
