Ht. 5'8", Start: 235 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 175 lb - Hi everyone!!! I'm so proud of myself!! Today I worked out 50 minutes on the treadmill, 20 minutes riding my bike and 20 minutes on a stationary bike!! I burnt 700+ calories!!!!!!! Today I ate 4 pieces of rubarb bread, a bowl of caption crunch, a banana and a salad:) How did I do???

o and also be careful with the machines that tell you how much calories your burning. theyre usually wrong. they can over-or even under-estimate how much ur losing. just make sure your eating at least 1200 calories a day anything else is unhealthy and a habit of it can cause an eating disorder. and then all the exercise needed is about and hour. but good luck and sorry if i brought you down wasnt meaning too! good luck!!

i admire the hard work thats for sure! but with all the exercise you did you didnt eat enough. actually you really didnt eat enough even w/o all the exercise. you dont want to tire yourself out.
