Ht. 5'9", Start: 202 lb, Today: 189 lb, Goal: 165 lb - How is everyone doing with their goals? I lost another pound or two. Yay!! school gets out in 2.5 days! Now I can really exercise. Today: breakfast- oatmeal with 1/4c kashi cereal & banana & strawberries. Snack- soy yogurt. Lunch: turkey sandwich & apple. Snack- few grapes & handful kashi cereal. Dinner- salad :)
