I just got back from a 26 minute walk/bike and i am happy with this. My knees kill me after this cause i have artritis in them. Does anyone have any ideas for exercise? Breakfast-egg burrito(homemade with cut up sausage on tortilla)

Swimming and things like walking stationary bikes, sit ups, they are light things that don't strain much joints
