Ht. 5'8", Start: 181 lb, Today: 182 lb, Goal: 145 lb - SUMMER- A perfect time to lose weight for the upcoming school year. A time to excersize and create a diet plan and feel alot better about yourself!
SUMMER (HOW IT USUALLY ENDS UP FOR ME)-See the top part of this message: then, I turn into an idiot and eat WAY too much and get depressed and gain like 10 pounds!

okay what i recommend for a summer diet is nothing TOO strick or u could balance by being stricks 6 out of 7 days and on the 7th day have something sweet.
if ur into a more of a weight loss faster kinda thing then try to do follow the rules of eating lots in the morning a little less for lunch and having a small dinner. snacks inbetween ARE acceptable as long as u dont go over board for example rice cakes are my snack i love the chocolate chip caramel ones they dont even taste low cal lol. if u want an exact example of a meal plan u can doo
breakfast:
2 eggs (how ever u want them)
1 slice of toast w. peanutbutter/butter/w.e u want
and if ur still kinda hungry theres no harm in having a fruit of ur choice
lunch:
half a sandwich with loads of meat and
fresh veggies/salad
dinner:
meatt and a nice big salad
