Reply from shanene, Age 15 - 06/19/07 - IP#: 66.229.108.xxx I agree with Leslie. I could be in their genes, the type of rice they have down their(it could have vitamins or other nutrients that our rice here doesn't) and their activities. These Asians are very physically active doing hip hop dances and so on..... Try it, it might work but I'd be very cautious if I were you.
Reply from Leslie, Age 15 - 06/18/07 - IP#: 205.188.117.xxx ...i doubt it honestly i guess it'd be worth a try but korean ppl all have very similar genetics, it's just the way there built they are all really "danty" i guess
Reply from andrea, Age 16 - 06/18/07 - IP#: 72.181.5.xxx sounds really good =D maybe you could try eating brown rice instead because it has more nutritional value =D, just make sure that you change things up a little bit, so you don't get bored w/ your food and slip up, and i've read an article that says your body loses more and is less likely to hit a plateau if you have variety in your diet =D good luck
