From Nikki, Age 15 - 06/24/07 - IP#: 212.30.5.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - What do you think of todayim quite pleased but id like to know what you all think. breakfast- 130 cal yoghurt, glass of orange juice lunch- lettuce with vinegar, tangerine, one slice of wholewheat bread dinner- 435 cals of egg fried rice, glass of apple juice snack- glass of apple juice. I also went to the gym for the first time and burned about 530 calories. I would guess that i ate about 1100-1200 calories what do you think? sorry for posting a lot but it's the only thing that stops me binging. xxxx
