Ht. 6'0", Start: 200 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 190 lb - What burns more calories...crunches or sit-ups???
I need something which i can do in my room, which burns the most calories the quickest....but the only things i can think of is crunches or sit-ups...i wouldve tried a jump rope or something but because i live in an apartment i cant be jumping up and down...
help would be appreciated..

get some taebo tapes. Like Billy Blanks Bootcamp. It's really fun. YOu kind do some jumping around but it only last for a couple of sec's.Especally the rock solid abbs there is no jumping except when they try to get your heart rate but you don't have to do it

well um jumping jacks...running in place...errr...yoga or pilates...that usually is something u can burn a lot of calories with and not have to have a lot of space. But situps and crunches really on work if u want to tone.

lunges and squats get your heart rate up really quickly

neither burn many calories at all atleast not an amount that would make a difference,unless your doing then non stop for hours...but if you want abbs you can't spot reduce, the best thing to burn calories is cardio where you raise your heart rate...p.s....www.caloriesperhour.com , use that to find out how many calories you burn for any activity! good luck

Situps work the most muscles. Try Dips,lunges, V-sits, overhand claps. Weight training is great
