Ht. 5'7", Start: 250 lb, Today: 248 lb, Goal: 135 lb - Omgawd guys, ugggh I do this everytime. I can't stick to a diet for the life of me! I lost two measly pounds and I am already pigging out. I can never stick to a diet. I mean I pigged out bad. Ughh. Does this happen to anyone else? I mean I really feel bad after I do it. But before I pig out I think oo well I can just walk it off the rest of the week. But I can't keep doing that. And does anyone have any tips to lose weight fast? And how much weight do you think I can lose in 2 and a half weeks if i work really really really hard?? I walk 1 1/2 hrs., a day. And if I don't get to walk that long I try at least getting and hr or a half or in. just for a little bit of exercise. Well if you guys have any tips it will be greatly appreciated if I learn to stick to a diet and lose weight =], k thanx. bye

on top of all the tips......DONT WEIGH YOURSELF EVERYDAY ITLL WILL HIT U HARD AS SOON AS YOU EAT SOMETHING UNHEALTHY

It happens to the best of us. No dieting. Just...adapt to a healthier lifestyle. And AVOID BINGEING. excercise.

hey you're doing OK. The weight won't come off as quickly. 2 pounds seems really little right now but it'll add up later. As for overeating try to limit yourself to the bad foods that you pig out on. Then eventually you'll learn to control it. Good luck and take it slow.
