Can you guys tell me if i'm doing ok because i really don't know if this change will help me also i use to dance for 30 min and then do push ups and lunges and stuff if i do this everyday do you guys think i will sooner or latter lose weight?
Reply from reece, Age 14 - 07/17/07 - IP#: 68.160.123.xxx you said you eat what you want 3 times a day....and that you workout once and a while. If you wanna do this you gotta commit to like 4 to 5 days a week of working out....you can do it just change what your doing now you'll be fine good luck!

Maybe you should see how much you are eating in those 3 meals and to make sure that if you think you might be full stopping for a few minutes to see if your tummy wants more food, or if your brain wants more food. Its helps me to think about it, so it might help you. Also, keep up the exercise!!! Its a very very very good thing to do. Good job and keep up the great work!!!!
