From Chantel, Age 14 - 07/19/07 - IP#: 75.80.235.xxx Click here to reply Ht. 5'4", Start: 160 lb, Today: 140 lb, Goal: 120 lb - I'm actually 130 pounds now and all I need is to loose 10 MORE POUNDS!!! 10 more pounds dude. What are some good exercises to work my inner thighs and my love handles...or my lower stomach area? Those are my problem areas. I'm also gunna start yoga soon and I was wondering what parts of the body yoga strengthens? Honestly I really haven't been eating as well as I should be, I've been eating 3 very small meals a day and once school starts it will be easier to get into an eating schedule so until then I'll just keep doing this. Reply from Jeimi, Age 16 - 07/20/07 - IP#: 67.87.194.xxx wow that's greate it's people like you who give everyone else motivation to go on and i do the same thing you do 3 meals a day it's working for me and i think that once you a while in yoga your whole body will look fitter but for your belly situps is the best thing i know i try to do 120 everyday you can start small like 20 and add 5 every week
