Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - i think i had to much to eat so far today. for some reason, when i woke up today i was just so hongry! 1 apple, i banana, 1 peach, 1/2 cup of grapes, 1 bowl of cherios, and an english muffin with jelly, well....atleast its healthy(the jelly has alot of sugar though) i only woke up at 10:30 and right now its 12:18. alot of sugar in the fruit too but atleast it is more healthy then what i would normally have. now i have to exercise ALOT though. im still hungry. i dont know wh i am today

I know exaclty how you feel i use to stuff my face in the morning and then still be hungry but as long as you know your doing wrong and try to change the eating habits little by little everything will be fine just drink alot of watter when your still hungry what works for me is drinking one glass of water before eating and if your still hungry drink another glass of water untill your full
