An hour after that I had 2 scrambled eggs w/ 2 lightly buttered pieces of toast. Im having a peanut butter sandwich w/ celery on the side. Dinner will be pasta. In between I'm going to have vegetables like carrots,green beans or corn as snacks and of course 8-10 cups of water. Total calories= 1500 Sound good?
Reply from Amanda, Age 18 - 07/23/07 - IP#: 63.135.14.xxx not necessarily, 1500 is a good amount for someone who wants to lose weight, but if you want to speed it up you could try 1200-1400. boys generally need between 1500-1700 i think but i could be wrong
