Reply from Sarah, Age 14 - 07/27/07 - IP#: 72.160.140.xxx umm..eating after working out would be a good thing. you metobalisms sort of raised temporarily so thats good and if you eat something high in protein, that could benefit you. when you exercise your killing your muscles,protein helps the repair job(and makes em better^^), i know plenty of really REALLY REALLY healthy people that eat right after workouts(mostly post workout protein shakes or something of that nature,cliff bars too) your probably better off doing that
