Ht. 5'4", Start: 223 lb, Today: 220 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I'm going on a trip for a week, and I know I'll over eat because I'm visiting my family, and they love to cook. So does anyone have any work outs or tips, I can use on the way there because it's like 13 hrs away. Plus while I'm there.

Well if you know you are going to overeat, remind yourself not to. Just because food is in front of you does NOT mean you have to eat it.

For the trip do leg lifts sqeeze your aps, stomach and butt.
