Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Hi okay so if i eat 1250 calories a day, and burn off like 600-750 calories a day will i lose weight? And does it matter really what I eat if I keep the calories within my limit or what type of exercise I do If i burn within my limit? I mean I do cardio and strength and intervals so plz don't tell me that. Okay let me know thanx!3

dont have alot of sodium cause it will absorb water or something?

you body will naturally burn about 1600 calories a day, but don't exactly go by calories, because a fruitsnack with 100 calories would then be better than a kashi granola bar with 200 calories, but the granola bar is better because it contains protein and fiber, and no high fructose corn syrup and what not, so you should exactly go bly calories, look at the rest of the info.

It does matter what you eat. I eat terribly, even though its in my calorie limit. For weight loss, no it doesn't make a major different, but it can do major damage to organs, etc.
