After reading that though it just feels like there will be no hope for me to lose weight...if any of you that were or are around my weight which is 280 and you've lost weight, please let me know how you did it... thanks

Cuttin down or cuttin out stuff like soda, fast food, and junk food, definitely works ... I read if u get gastric bypass u really gotta cut down on food anyways or it makes u sick.. I mean it seems like it makes more sense to cut down without the surgery if u can? ~J~

So just eat healthy and exercise or do some kind of activity for 60 minutes atleast everyday and you will see results. The 60 min. does not have to be all at once.
