Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Ok today I had areally healthy breakfast but ate bad for lunch like I had 2 pieces of garlic bread, mashed potatoes and a rice crispie treat plus other things they were healthy though. I had a really healthy low calorie dinner but that means I only had 950 calories today and only 920 yesterday. I didnt skip any meals but since I ate fatty foods should I be ok with that little calories or should I eat more healthy foods?

add some veggies and stuff. you need to be eating way more. it will be satisfyingn to.. i loveee cutting up cucumbers and putting them in vinegar. make a salad! have some fruit!!
