Ht. 5'5", Start: 130 lb, Today: 145 lb, Goal: 105 lb - wow i really screwed up. i already ate 1400 calories and its only 4:45. my mom made hotdogs and perogies and i ate some of that. also, when i ate earlier today, i really binged. first i had 2 pieces of toast and jelly but then i still felt hungry cuz i dont usually eat bread so i also ate an apple, a granola bar, and 2 quaker ricecakes. that was just supposed to be 1 snack after breakfast and i binged. i REALLY screwed up my metabolism cuz a while ago i was only eating about 700 calories a day without realizing so when i did realized, i started to eat more but gained more weight so i went back down again. now, if i dont exercise after i eat for atleast 30 minutes, i actually store the fat, even from something as little as an apple.

it's not humanly possible to gain weight or store fat from eating an apple. it takes 3,500 calories to gain a pound, an apple has what.. 70? 75 at the most, and that all depends on what kind of apple it is. trust me you can't gain weight unless you eat 3,500 calories in a day and dont exercise. don't sweat it you're probably just being paranoid

umm thats not true u that's not whats happening to me i eat about 800-900 cals a day and burn way more than that and i also binge i find it out its no big problem and i really dont gain any weight so i dont know what your talkin about..............

so you're having somewhat of a bad day today with food. It's okay to bee off a little every now and then. just try harder tommorow.........
