So today and tomorrow I was going to not eat and exercise a lot but only for two days. Howvere is it better to just start new today and eat healthy and exercise a lot? I am scared though because I was so proud and tomorrow I am going to the doctor and I wanted them to see how much weight I lost but now my self esteem is back at zero because I ate so much I can't control my disgusting self. I purged and took medicine but then just ate more! PLz respond because I am not eating, or not eating anyway, until someone responds to me!
Reply from molly, Age 13 - 08/14/07 - IP#: 64.12.116.xxx what the frick are you worrying about girl! if you only weigh 118 and are 5'2'', you are fine, better than fine! don't starve yourself, just forget about it, and keep doing whatever you were doing before. don't do a lot of exercise, i mean do excercise, but don't do it all day. like 3-4 hours max.
Reply from Alexandra, Age 14 - 08/14/07 - IP#: 71.127.219.xxx Ok ok I dont wanna wait 2 days to start eating because I know I will have been deprived and eat like all junk and then I will be even more upset so I am just going to go for a 40 min. walk, 1hour on the exercise bike, 1 hour of pilates, and 40 min. workout video today and eat right. I will start new again tomorrow. The weight will come off again! It will just take an extrs week now. I wanna be 110 by Sept. 5 is that possible if I weigh 118 now?
