Its now 3 o'clock and I've eaten about 1400 calories so far today and I still have dinner. Great. Ruined day. What do yall do when you have crappy days? I thought about just not eating tomorrow ( I have to eat today because I'm at home and its my birthday...) but I'm not sure that's the best option.

I hate seeing girls on here saying they eat 1000-1200 calories a day. THAT IS WAY TO LITTLE! I know by doing that you lose weight, but it's damaging to your health in the long run. Ella, I put in yout height, weight, and age into a BMR calculator, and you;re body burns 1,763 calories per day. That is the minimum of ho wmany calories you should be eating each day to keep your organs working properly. This is for everyone.
